Your Home

Has it been more than a year since you had your heating and air system cleaned and inspected?

In order to provide continued comfort year-round, your heating and air conditioning investment must perform to its top efficiency. Under our Maintenance Agreement Plan, we can head-off potential problems. We will inform you of any safety issues, reduce wear and tear, and help keep your system in top condition. As a Preferred Customer, in the unlikely event that you experience a breakdown, you will receive a discounted diagnostic fee of $75 compared to the non-Maintenance Agreement diagnostic fee of $85 during normal business hours and go to the top of our priority schedule. In addition, as a Preferred Customer, you will receive a 15% discount on repair service. And last but certainly not least, regular, professional maintenance protects the manufacturer’s warranty on your equipment.

Our PACT with Our Preferred Customers:

We agree to provide you with TWO Precision Tune-Ups, Professional Cleanings and Safety Inspections per year as described below to help provide a comfortable, energy-efficient, and safe indoor environment. We completely check your system with a thorough inspection of the air conditioning system on one Precision Tune-Up and on the other we completely inspect the heating system.

PROCEDURES OF OUR MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT INCLUDE:

Precision Tune-Up for Air Conditioning System

› Clean or replace standard air filters
› Inspect inside cooling coil (Clean at discounted service
› rate if necessary)
› Inspect primary and secondary drains
› Clean and test condensate drains
› Inspect blower components – clean and/or
› adjust as necessary
› Inspect condenser coil – clean as necessary
› Lubricate all moving parts (where applicable)
› Inspect and tighten all loose electrical connections
› Monitor air conditioner operating pressures for proper
› refrigerant charge. Add up to two pounds of "Freon" each
› year (per system) if needed.
› Monitor voltage and amperage draw on all motors
› Monitor air conditioning cycle
› Adjust air flow for proper temperature
› Inspect thermostat operations
